1. No Refunds Provided. We do not offer a refund for product subscriptions at this time. We purposefully keep our prices low so that the prices are manageable for our customers, most of whom are small businesses. At this time there is not a reserve fund from which to provide refunds. Our resources are directed towards enhancing our current products and innovating on new ones.

2. At Datamattic, Inc. we strive to provide software tools that help small businesses to serve their customers ethically and efficiently. We desire to help customers earn a profit, serve their clients with integrity, and have a healthy personal and family life. We certainly want you to be pleased that you are utilizing Datamattic products to plan, launch, and successfully manage your firm.

3. We would like your Feedback. Please provide us with feedback on your Experience using our solutions and products. You can provide feedback through the feedback tabs located on our website. You can also e-mail us at sales@datamattic.com.

4. Most of our products are in Beta. So there will be problems from time to time. We want to know about the problems so that we can address them quickly.

5. Increased Content and Functionality in future versions. Please note that we have plans for more robust content and increased functionality in subsequent versions. By nature of launching a software product, we had to stop developing previous versions in order to roll it out to you.

6. Consent. By registering for services and products of Datamattic, you consent to the terms as described in this Refund Policy.

7. Changes to Refund Policy. If our Refund Policy or procedures change, we will immediately post those changes to our website. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated in the change.
